Description
Using this Learning Board, budding young scientists will learn about the major organs and bodily systems of the human body. It displays the name, location, size and shape of the main organs including the brain, heart, lungs, liver, kidney, stomach and intestine. In addition, a simple explanation is provided about how each organ functions: the brain controls our thinking, emotions and senses, the heart pumps blood around our body, the lungs enable us to breathe, the stomach breaks down the food we eat etc. When a function button is pressed, the appropriate organ will light up. This board provides a wonderful introduction to the workings of the human body.
