12 Piece Soft Foam Building Cubes New

These 12 cubes are just 165mm in size, which is larger than any standard building blocks but smaller than many larger foam products. They are ideal for building or stacking into a tall column, used for counting, colour matching and in small world play as props. Because they are made from foam, they are relatively light and are safe if they ‘all fall down’. Cubes can be arranged together to make a larger cube 2 x 2 or even 3 x 3. Mathematically, they can be used for counting, adding, subtracting or even multiplication. Two cubes also have clear wallets on their faces so that cards can be slipped into them to create a dice (with numbers, dots or pictures), or they can be covered in symbols as part of a game – forwards, backwards, left, right and so on, or pictures of animals, shapes fruit, or objects to improve mental fluency and to extend vocabulary.
