1200L Art Island

At 1200mm wide the Large Art Island is large enough to enable small groups of children to be creative at once (up to 4 children on each side). It has a double-sided easel, boasting a magnetic blackboard on one side, and a white write-on, wipe-off surface on the rear. Designs can be created instantly and then wiped off for use again and again. At the top of the unit there are wooden rails onto which paper rolls can be unfurled enabling artwork to be created and saved. The wide 'A' frame base has lockable castors for stability in use, but also enabling easy positioning within a classroom or outside when the weather permits. There is ample storage space below for all sorts of art materials and troughs at a convenient height (below the easel surfaces) to hold paint pots, brushes, magnetic letters and water. Made from beautiful Greenguard beech plywood with rounded edges finished in highly resistant wipe clean varnish.
